I can't remember where I found it on cydia, but I managed to install all sources from one source download, you'll need about 40mins spare whilst your iPhone syncs the info from them all though. But it's worth it.

Although, tbh, I don't really use cydia all that much now I have installous

The problem I got with installous is that most of the links are for 2share or medaifire. Hardly any for appscene.
